Black History Month

On the last day of this amazing month I wanted to take the opportunity to honor, consider, love on and appreciate my beautiful black folk. Our history, our present and our future. I want to acknowledge the investment and sacrifice of our ancestors to get us to this space. There is so much work to do around protecting, loving, empowering, honoring and supporting black folk. In our gifts and contributions to the world, culture and living experience we must first honor ourselves. We must first acknowledge

our greatness before looking to others. In the sunset of this month we must absolutely challenge others to be accountable for protecting us by protecting us. We must be vocal and accountable to displays of racism, discounting and violating the boundaries of our beautiful black folk. Love is definitely love.

Use this month as the beginning and continuation of your exploration, honor, support and love of black folk.
