Choosing you over unnecessary battles

How often do we recognize or are aware of unnecessary battles ? How often do you find yourself in fights or battles that have no value outside of feeding your pride or ego temporarily ? How often do these battles have lasting emotional residue that you are overwhelmed with far after the battle has ended ? Have you then reconsidered how valuable or not it was to walk away from that experience ?

It's okay to walk away. Choosing your battles is a skill that will benefit you and save you alot of unnecessary turmoil. Choosing your battles empowers you to choose how your day ends and begins. It empowers you to choose peace and happiness. It allows you to better manage the battles that you do choose.

Before choosing a battle, be clear about your intended outcome and your intention. Carry that ou through your behavior and your words. Make it make sense.
