The Mahogany Projek was created out love for human beings, passion for helping others and a need that provides space for people to be themselves
Sharde' LPC, CCTP, LTSAP, LMFT saw in the community of mental health and substance abuse. In working with various mental health and substance abuse agencies and populations there emerged a need in response to her purpose to engage people in the experience of finding their best selves and living their truth. While engaging a variety of clients and investing in counseling services herself, she noticed the need for both creative counseling services, consulting services, ethical and holistic mental health service, substance abuse and trauma services to provide training, consulting, and counseling in the community. TMP was created to provide a space for those who need a space to be and be themselves. We service everyone needing a space and specialize in working with black folks and LGBTQ folks.
This company began out of love and passion for both the improvement mental health services, counseling and the excitement of minority owned mental health companies being successful.
