Riding into the New Year; How to plan
Identify your goals/intended outcome for the year
Set reasonable steps to accomplish those goals
Set up reminders and encouragers to continue to move towards your goals
Set goals that support you physical, emotional, financial needs to include self-care, family, career, etc.
Identify and set up an accountability partner (someone who will cheer you on and hold you accountable)
Remind yourself that your motivation levels will change; however, your goals are the same
Put it in the universe and manifest it
Ready. Set. Go!
