Peace at ANY cost

In a time of unrest and fear, how do you have peace ? If your spaces are challenged with with unrest and choas, create a space for yourself. Fill your space with energy and items that align with your needs. Peace may come at a price; however, you determine how much your willing to spend. Peace is a need, not a want. Peace is defined as freedom from disturbance; tranquility and freedom from dispute or dissension between individuals or groups. Peace provides you the space to experience you, recover from your day/experience/a person and creates renewed energy for civility. Take time to take care of you. Take a bath. Take a walk. Build a bird house. Build a chair. Smell some flowers. Engage in joyful activities. Take care of you.

“Love and peace of mind do protect us. They allow us to overcome the problems that life hands us. They teach us to survive… to live now… to have the courage to confront each day.” —Bernie Siegel
