One day at a time
As the days grow shorter, time grows shorter. Noticing as an adult how quickly the day wonders away from us and time seems to fly by as our years grow in number. It is important for us to remember the concept of "one day at a time", as said in "AA" related services/support groups, to reinforce the idea of living in the moment and completely emerging yourself in the life that you are experiencing at the current moment. To enjoy what you may never experience again and know that at the end of that day, it is one you will never see or experience again.
