Resilience
It’s that thing that keeps you in the game even when you can’t figure out how you’re going to win. It’s that thing that keeps you up with your child through the night when your eyes can barely stay open. It’s that thing that is a thing you can’t see but you either feel or other people are able to acknowledge about you because they see it. They see you getting through it; doing all you can do; being more than just tired but exhausted from charging all your energy into moving forward. Resilience is a long word to express your passion for life and getting through the hard stuff.
The hard stuff looks different for everyone but is described similarly in experience with the hard thing. Resilience ignites the confidence in ourselves to move forward through adversity and hardships and maintain our sanity. It’s what you’ve got even when you don’t know you have it.
